Lisa is the captain of our ship, setting the course for our clients to ensure that they achieve their real estate financing goals.
With over 20 years of experience navigating the ins and outs of mortgage lending, she is uniquely qualified to offer perspective and education. Lisa is at her best helping our clients manage their largest debt to achieve their goals of financial wealth.
Heralding from the Bay Area in 1991, she has loved her time raising her kids in Northern Nevada and is enjoying rediscovering this beautiful area with her 7 grandkids. Who knew that teaching someone to ski at Boreal could be as much fun the 2nd time around.
Alexx Jaramillo
Production Partner
Alexx is our team production partner. She will be the first member of the team to reach out and get the ball rolling on your loan needs. She is also the communications hub for the team and she will be your ‘go-to’ throughout the pre-approval process.
Alexx has lived in northern Nevada her whole life and is proud that this is her home. She has loved seeing all the positive changes in the area as time passes and loves participating in the local art & music scene.

Loan Coordinator
Eileen Nicholson is our team Loan Coordinator. She will be taking you through to the finish line and be your new best friend by the end. Her experience with the Reno market spans from managing a real estate brokerage to assisting escrow teams, and now working with us in the wonderful world of lending. Having touched so many parts of the equation makes her comfortable working with the whole team to get your transaction done.
Eileen has lived in Northern Nevada for almost 42 years. She enjoys all four seasons, even when they happen all in one week, and believes that the Nevada sunsets are some of the most beautiful she has ever seen.
